Grief & Loss Support

Your grief is as unique as you are and it requires an individualized and holistic approach.

There is no one size-fits-all in grief.  With this in mind, we believe that grief support should include advocacy and learning just as much as it enables opportunities to share and connect. We embrace a companioning plus education approach so that we can empower our clients to mourn, grieve, and adapt in ways that are best suited to them.

We do not treat or diagnose but offer person-directed support and consultation.

We seek to build a grief-informed community while ensuring we continuously create a safe and inclusive environment for our clients.

Private Sessions & Consultations

We offer grief support sessions privately, meeting you in-person, over the phone, or virtually. Our sessions focus on helping you to understand your grief and validate your experience while offering you resources that are relevant to your needs.

Grief consultation is also available to help individuals and families find outside resources, counseling, or other forms of support.

We can also work collaboratively with other members of your mental and physical healthcare team.

*Grief support sessions are not clinical counseling or therapy services. After an initial appointment with us we may determine a referral to a reputable mental health counselor or therapist is required.
