Service Description

- We work collaboratively to address the complex emotions you may be experiencing and offer support and resources. - We can also work together to develop an end-of-life plan (including advanced directives) and discuss any questions or concerns you may have. - We can offer anticipatory grief support, including one-on-one sessions or an open discussion/support group with the entire family - For individuals or family members that are nearing end-of-life, we offer companioning services and/or animal assisted support visits. - For children or teens who have loved ones nearing end-of-life, we offer death and dying education which can help to address, support, and manage some of the issues and emotions inherent to death and loss. These services can be offered with or without animal assisted support.
